广藿香全球产地生态适宜性分析及品质生态学研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:本研究主要运用药用植物全球产地生态适宜性区划信息系统(GMPGIS),对广藿香全球生态适宜性进行分析。方法:以广藿香道地产区、主产区和野生分布区的234个分布数据为基点,选取最冷季均温、最热季均温、年均温、年均相对湿度、年均降水量、年均日照、土壤类型等7个生态指标作为主要的影响因子。结果:广藿香全球生态相似度最大的区域主要分布在巴西、刚果(民主共和国)、中国、印尼、美国、玻利维亚、秘鲁、哥伦比亚和缅甸等。结论:本研究表明了GMPGIS系统应用于中药材引种及生产区划的科学性和重要性,并为广藿香药材的引种及合理规划生产布局提供了参考依据。 Global geographic information system for medicinal plant (GMPGIS) was developed and applied to analyze the optimum producing area of P. cablin rested on 234 occurrence records in the main producing areas of its species and seven key factors, such as annual mean temperature, mean temperature of warmest quarter, mean temperature of coldest quarter, annual precipitation, annual mean radiation, annual mean relative humidity and soil type. As a result, it was found that the optimum producing area of P. cablin mainly involved Brazil, Democratic Republic of the Congo, China, Indonesia, the United States, Bolivia, Peru, Colombia and Myanmar, etc. In conclusion, it was demonstrated that the GMPGIS had significant meaning of introducing a fine variety and producing the division of medicinal plants scientifically, providing a reference for evaluating the suitablity of the optimum producing area and the introduction of P. cablin.
