摘要
目的探讨择时艾灸对胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复的效果。方法将82例择期进行胃癌根治术的患者分为观察组42例和对照组40例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理，观察组在对照组的基础上运用多功能艾灸仪择时进行艾灸并比较两组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、排便时间、恢复进食时间和进食后腹胀发生率。结果观察组患者术后治疗鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间、排便时间、恢复进食时间和进食效果等优于对照组（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。结论辰时（7：00～9：00）穴位艾灸仪能有效促进胃癌患者术后胃肠功能的恢复。
Objective To evaluate the effect of moxibustion at given time on gastrointestinal function recovery among postoperative gastric cancer patients. Methods Totally,82 patients receiving radical operation of gastric cancer were recruited and divided into the experimental group （42 cases） and the control group （40 eases）. Two groups were given same conventional treatment and nursing,while patients in the experimental group received moxibustion at given time u- sing multi - function moxibustion apparatus. The two groups were compared in resume time of gurgling sound, the first time of anal aerofluxus and defecation, re- covery time of eating and incidence rate of abdominal distention after operation. Results The first time of anal aerofluxus and defecation, recovery time of eating and the effect of eating in the experimental group was better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture moxibustion in the period of the day from 7 a.m. to 9 a. m can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function among postoperative gastric cancer patients.
