气相色谱法在石化企业气体安全分析中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 利用带TCD检测器的气相色谱仪,对O2和石化企业常见可燃气体进行试验,建立了一种新的气相色谱分析方法,可一次性测定气体中的O2、H2、CH4、CO和其他烃类。利用色谱图中各组分的保留时间对样品进行定性分析,确定样品中所含待测组分的种类;采用外标法对样品进行定量分析,确定样品中待测组分的含量。试验结果表明,平均测定值和标准值的绝对误差很小,各组分的回收率为93%~102%;测定值的标准偏差最大为0.20%,相对标准偏差最大为5.08%。 A new gas chromatography analysis method for one -time determining oxygen ( O2 ) , hydrogen( H2 ) , methane( CH4 ) , carbon monoxide( CO) and other hydrocarbon compo-sition in the gas was built basing on numerous experiments of oxygen( O2 ) and the common com-bustible gas in petrochemical enterprise by gas chromatograph instrument with TCD detector. Kinds of composition to be measured in the sample were determined by qualitative analysis on retention time of each composition by GPC. Content of the composition to be measured in the sample was determined by quantitative analysis on the sample by external standard method. The experiment results indicated that recovery yield of each composition was 93% ~102%, absolute deviations of the average determination and standard value were small, maximum standard devi-ation of the determination was 0. 2%, maximum relative standard deviation was 5. 08%.
