摘要
农村危房改造是国家为实现全面建成小康社会宏伟目标的重要举措。基于对山东、河南两省"十三五"期间农村危房改造扶贫的督导核查与调研结果,系统分析了农村危房改造中存在的主要问题,剖析了产生问题的原因,进而有针对性地提出相应的对策和建议,以期为政府有关部门制定相关政策和"十三五"期间农村危房改造工作的有效开展提供决策支持。
Rural dilapidated housing rehabilitationis an important measure to realize the grand goal of building a well-off society.Based on the results of supervision,verification and investigation of rural dilapidated housing rehabilitation and poverty alleviation duringthe 13 th Five-yearin Shandong and Henan Province,the main problems in the rural reconstruction and their reasonswere analyzed systematically,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestionswere put forward in this study.The purposeis toprovide the decision support for the relevant government departments to formulate corresponding policies and effective rural dilapidated housing rehabilitation during the 13 th Five-year.
