摘要
随着我国基础设施建设的不断完善,水利工程建设越来越多,大型水利工程对河流生态产生的影响不可忽视.本文首先就大型水利工程对河流生态产生的影响进行了分析,然后探讨了水利工程生态调度实施的前提,最后提出构建水利工程生态调度系统的相关内容,包括:维持河流基本需水调度、保护水环境调度等,希望能对基于可利用水资源系统的水利工程生态调度实践起到参考作用.
People pay great attention to ecological environment with the development of the society. The influences of large water conservancy project (LWCP)on river ecosystem deserved more attentions, with the constant improvement of infrastruc- ture and the increases of water conservancy project. The present study assessed the clarified the basement on the implementation of ecological regulation of hydraulic effects of LWCP on engineering ( ERHE ) framework structuring the ERHE system. This framework aimed to maintain the regulations of basic water river and protect water environment.
