摘要
目的:利用信息化技术设计医疗设备故障网上报修系统,实现医疗设备故障在线报修模式,以提升医疗设备保障服务质量。方法:医疗设备故障报修系统综合医院的实际情况,选用Think PHP框架和j Query技术进行开发,设置管理员管理、总审核管理、部门审核管理以及普通用户管理4种用户角色。结果:设备故障报修系统具有报修人员下单、报修处理、报修进度查看及报修统计等功能,该系统有效地提高了工作效率和管理水平。结论:信息化医疗设备故障报修系统可促进医院信息化建设,更好地为临床服务,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To design and implement equipment malfunctions online service systemby using information technology, and to solve the defect of the traditional repair works, whichmakes traditional off-line repair service way transfer to online service mode, in order to improvethe service quality of backup support. Methods： The actual situation of the hospital has beenconsidered in this system. This system is developed by choosing ThinkPHP framework andjQuery technology, and it has set up four user management modes of administrator management,total audit management, department audit management, and common user management. Also thesystem has many functions： order with the repair personnel, the repair service, the repair progressreview, and service statistics, etc. Results： This system effectively improves the work efficiency and management level,and it has a very good application prospect. Conclusion： Through the use of medical information system, the constructionof hospital informatization will be promoted, and the clinical will also be better serviced.
