摘要
循环冷却水系统常用的防冻措施有:放空(辅助吹扫)、保温、伴热。针对北方地区的循环冷却水系统,并结合青海和内蒙古两地的两个工程实际应用,分析了循环冷却水各组成部分的防冻措施,可供工程师设计时在自然条件相近的地区的设计中参考。应因地制宜、结合系统的重要性、可实施性以及经济性选择合适的防冻措施。
Vent （auxiliary blowing）, thermal insulation and heat tracing are common antifreezing measures for circulating cooling water system. In this paper, antifreezing measuresfor each part of the circulating cooling water system in the northern region, combined withtwo applications in Qinghai and Inner Mongolia, are analyzed, to provide reference for designing in similar natural conditions. Appropriate antifreezing measures in consideration of localconditions, importance of the system, implementation feasibility and the economy should beselected.
