摘要
以季戊四醇四氯乙酸酯和三乙胺为原料合成了一种树枝状粘土稳定剂PE-3,通过1H-NMR和IR等检测手段确认了目标产物的结构,对季铵化反应合成条件进行优化并测试其防膨性能。研究结果表明PE-3的最佳合成条件为:反应温度85℃,反应时间4 h,n(三乙胺)∶n(季戊四醇四氯乙酸酯)=5.2,溶剂占反应体系总质量65%,此时产物收率为96.5%。该树枝状季铵盐粘土稳定剂防膨性能良好,用量为1%时防膨率达90%以上。耐冲刷性能优,经过10次冲刷后,其防膨率变化不大。当PE-3与NH4Cl按1∶1比例复配,用量1%时其防膨率到达93.6%以上,且耐冲刷性能较复配前有明显的提高。该剂可在较宽的温度范围内使用,90℃下可以保持良好的防膨率。
Pentaerythritol ester quaternary ammonium salt(PE-3) was synthesized with triethylamine and pentaerythritol chloroacetic acid ester,which is a kind of dendritic quaternary ammonium salt clay stabilizer. The chemical structures of the products were char-acterized by 1 H-NMR and IR. And also,the synthetic conditions and clay stabilizing performance were discussed. The optimal reac-tion conditions of dendritic quaternary ammonium salt were as follows : reaction temperature 8 2℃ , reaction time 4 hours, solvent 65% (mass fraction for reactants) ,the molar ratio of triethylamine to pentaerythritol chloroacetic acid ester 5. 2 : 1, then the yield reached 96. 5%. Theclaystabilizing performance of the dendritic quaternary ammonium salt is excellent. The anti-swelling rate was higher than 90% while the mass concentration of PE-3 was 1%. At the same time,the agent had good anti-swelling durability. After flushing 10 timeswith water,the anti-swelling rate of the products almost unchanged. When PE-3 and NH4C1 were at a ratio of 1 :1 , the mass concentration of 1% ,the anti-swelling rate was higher than 93. 6%. And the anti-swelling durability of the clay stabilizer haveobviously increased. At last,the agent can be used in a wide temperature range. It has an ideal anti-swelling rate under the tem-perature below 90℃.
