摘要
重症监护室（ Intensive Care Unit，ICU）是医院集中监护和救治重症患者的专业科室。随着复杂、重症手术患者的比例增加，对ICU护理人员的专业知识、护理技能提出了更高的要求，使得ICU护士专科化培训和发展已成为必然趋势。本文总结了重症监护专科护士的出现和发展，从重症监护专科护士的角色、作用与使用模式三个方面进行综述，提出对重症监护专科护士使用模式的现存问题，为其进一步发展提供参考。
Intensive care unit （ ICU） is a specialty department to centrally monitor and cure critically ill patients in hospital. With the increasing of patients with complex and severe operations, the high demands for ICU nurses are put forward in professional knowledge and nursing skills. That makes training and development of specialization in ICU nurses become an inevitable trend. This paper summarized the appearance and development of ICU nurse specialists via three aspects including roles, effects and usage patterns of ICU nurse specialists and raised the existing problems on usage patterns of ICU nurse specialists so as to provide references for further development.
