摘要
目的:探讨鲁西南地区采用辅助生殖技术出生的学龄前期儿童的生存质量现状。方法将2009—2011年在济宁医学院附属医院接受辅助生殖技术( ART)及同期自然妊娠产妇的出生儿各100名分别作为研究组与对照组,采用儿童生存质量测定量表( PedsQL)对两组儿童及家长进行调查。结果 PedsQL儿童自评量表与家长代评量表显示研究组与对照组在生理功能、情感功能、社交功能、学校表现4个方面的得分差异均无统计学意义( P〉0.05)。结论 ART出生与自然妊娠出生的学龄前期儿童生存质量现状无明显差异。
Objective To investigate the quality of life of preschoolers born by assisted reproductive technology ( ART) in southwest region of Shandong. Methods Totally 100 newborns born by ART and 100 newborns born by natural pregnancy Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from 2009 to 2011 were selected as the study group and the control group. We use the pediatric quality of life scale ( PedsQL) to investigate the children and their parents in two groups.Results PedsQL self rating scale for children and rating scale evaluated by their parents showed that there was no significant statistically difference between the study group and the control group in physiological function, emotional function, social function and school performance (P〉0.05).Conclusions There is no significant difference in the quality of life between the preschoolers born by ART and preschoolers born by natural pregnancy.
