摘要
目的了解河南省市售茶叶中农药残留现状和污染情况,为食品监督和标准制定提供依据。方法抽取3个茶叶原产地和主要销售城市的200份茶叶,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定11种农药的含量。结果 200份茶叶样品均检出农药残留,联苯菊酯的检出率最高,为59.5%;其次为虫螨腈和氯氟氰菊酯,检出率分别为46.0%、29.0%,但均未超标。结论 2015年河南省市售茶叶中,检测的11种农药中虫螨腈、联苯菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、茚虫威的检出率高,而且1份样品中检出多种农药,说明茶叶中农药残留问题严重,需要加强农药的市场管理,并对茶农进行安全喷洒农药的技术指导。但所检茶叶中农药残留未发现超标现象,说明茶叶中所检11种农药质量安全。
Objective To understand the pesticide pollution status in tea sold in Henan,so as to provide basis for food supervision and standard formulation. Methods 11 pesticides in 200 samples collected from 3 tea production sites and the main sale stories in the major cities were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results Pesticides were detected from200 tea samples. Detection rate of biphenyl chrysanthemum ester was the highest of 59. 5%,followed by bug mite acrylic chlorine and fluorine with ester,with the detection rate of 46. 0% and 29. 0%,respectively,but not exceeding the standards. Conclusion The detection rates of 11 pesticide such as acrylic,bifenthrin,chlorine flucythrinate,indoxacarb were high. And a variety of pesticides are detected in a sample. Pesticide residues in tea is a serious problem,so we need to strengthen the market management of pesticides,and to perform safety guidance of pesticide spray for farmers. But the detection of pesticide residues in tea dose not exceed the standard,so the tea quality is safe.
