摘要
为了解决D08-32型捣固车作业一段时间后外夹持液压缸出现运动不稳定情况,分析外夹持液压系统,发现液压系统温度升高将使气囊式蓄能器中的充气压力上升,使蓄能器补油能力减弱,从而影响液压系统的稳定性。基于捣固车在作业过程中液压油温度不可避免会发生变化,优化蓄能器的充气压力,使外夹持液压缸的运动尽量在整个工作过程中保持稳定。
In order to solve the outer clamping hydraulic cylinder motion instability of D08-32 tamping machine for a period of time.It is found that the temperature rise of the hydraulic system will cause the inflation pressure rise in the air bag accumulator through analysis hydraulic system,and to weaken the oil storage capacity of the accumulator,so as to affect the stability of hydraulic system.The change of oil temperature will inevitably happen whentamping machine work,to optimize the charging pressure of accumulator,and then the hydraulic cylinder will keep stability in the whole workingprocess as far as possible.
