异形齿轮高空接线钳设计与仿真分析

摘要 高空接线测试设备是电力部门进行预防性试验和状态检修测试所使用的一种必要装备,其性能的优劣将直接决定试验过程的安全性、准确性及效率。针对现有接线钳存在的一些问题,设计出一款基于异形齿轮的新型高空接线钳,对其整体结构和工作原理进行了介绍,对关键部件进行了应力分析和材料的选择,研究结果表明:该高空接线钳结构简单,操作简便,能满足工作要求,同时减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。 High altitude wiring test equipment is preventive test of power department and the state overhaul test used by a kind of essential equipment and the pros and cons of its performance will directly determine the safety,accuracy and efficiency of its test. Aiming at some problems of the existing terminal clamp,designed a special-shaped gear high altitude wiring clamp. Introduced of its overall structure and working principle. Analysed the stress and select material on the key components. The results show that: the structure of the high-altitude wiring clamp was simple and the operation of it is convenient. It can satisfy the working requirements and reduce the labor intensity of the workers at the same time.
