热凝胶多糖高产菌株的诱变选育 被引量:1

摘要 采用亚硝基胍诱变热凝胶多糖产生菌土壤杆菌(Agrobacterium sp.)DH02以提高热凝胶多糖的产量。以热凝胶多糖产量和凝胶强度为指标,采用平板初筛和摇瓶复筛,得到一株高产突变菌株39#,该菌株热凝胶多糖粗提产量为30.5 g/L,较出发菌株产量25.1 g/L提高21.5%,凝胶强度从出发菌株的593 g/cm^2提高到811 g/cm^2。 The main purpose of this paper is to mutant Agrobacterium sp. DH02 and screen for stain with high yield of curdlan. A high-yield strain 39# was successfully selected by comparing the crude yield, refined yield and gel strength of curdlan. Its crude yield was 30.5 g/L, while the yield of parental strain DH02 was 25.1 g/L, increased by 21.5%. Gel strength was respectively 811.12 g/cm^2 and 593 g/cm^2 for strain 39# and DH02.
