摘要
构建区域电子商务发展水平评价指标体系,以中国31省市为研究对象,基于熵值法对各省市电子商务发展水平进行测量,运用聚类分析和方差分析归纳各省市电子商务发展水平类别并比较各聚类区域指标差异性。结果表明,电子商务交易水平是造成电子商务发展区域差异的主要影响因素,其次是信息化水平,最后是电子商务人力资本水平;各省市电子商务发展水平存在显著区域性差异,全国31省市聚类为3类,同时电子商务交易水平、信息化水平、电子商务人力资本水平3个指标也存在区域性差异。根据各区域电子商务发展水平不平衡现状,提出对策建议。
A regional e-commerce development level evaluation system is constructed, the level of e- commerce development in 31 provinces and cities is chosen as the research object, the provincial and municipal e-commerce development levels are measured by entropy method, and indicators differ- ences are compared by cluster analysis and analysis of variance induction category. The empirical re- suits show that the level of e-commerce transactions are the main factors causing regional differ- ences in the development of e-commerce, followed by the level of information, and finally the level of e-commerce in human capital. There are significant regional differences in the level of develop- ment of electronic commerce and cities, and 31 provinces and cities are clustered into three catego- ries. Regional differences are also shown at indicators such as the level of e-commerce transactions, the level of information, the level of e-commerce human capital. Some suggestions are put forward according to the status of the regional level of e-commerce development.
