病案式教学在非医学专业《临床医学概论》教学中的初步实践与思考 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索病案式教学方法在非医学专业《临床医学概论》教学中的效果。方法以2011级生物技术专业学生为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,以期末考核及学期末调查问卷的方式评价病案式教学与传统教学方法的优劣。结果多数学生及教师认为传统的教学模式不适用于非医学专业;试验表明,与对照组相比,试验组学生期末考试成绩、学习必趣及效率等显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病案式教学模式与传统教学模式相比,能够显著提高非医学专业学生的考试成绩、学习兴趣及参与热情。 Objective To explore the effects of case teaching in the education of introduction to clinical medicine for non-medical professional. Methods We choosed grade 2011 students majored in biotechnology for the study, they were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,using the final assessments to evaluate the quality of case teaching and traditional teaching methods. Results Most students and teachers think that today’s teaching methods do not apply to non-clinical professional. Experiments shown that,compared with the control group,the experimental group students ’ final exam scores,learning interest and efficiency improved significantly and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode, case teaching can significantly improve the clinical examination results, students’ learning interest and enthusiasm.
