摘要
目的分析研究脑血栓患者通过尿激酶溶栓进行治疗的方法以及治疗效果,为临床提供有利的依据。方法随机选取该院2014年10月—2015年10月所收治的脑血栓患者资料80例开展回顾性分析。结果和治疗之前对比,治疗之后观察组患者神经功能缺损评分(13.15±5.03)分,对照组为(20.22±4.74)分,观察组患者下降幅度显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脑血栓患者的临床治疗,选取尿激酶开展溶栓治疗,能够保证患者神经功能缺损获得显著改善,促进患者的康复速度,应该在日后临床工作中大力推广使用。
Objective To study analysis of patients with cerebral thrombosis were treated by urokinase thrombolysis method and treatment effect, to provide a favorable basis for clinical. Methods Random selection in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 from cerebral thrombosis patients with 80 cases to carry out retrospective analysis. Results And before treatment was observed and compared groups of patients with neurological functional deficit score in the treatment after （13.15±5.03）points,（20.22±4.74）points in the control group, patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups exist significant difference （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment for patients with cerebral thrombosis selected urokinase thrombolytic therapy.
