摘要
近年来随着脑血管支架在临床上的应用越来越广泛,支架植入术围手术期并发症成为每个神经介入医师和患者所关心的问题。围手术期脑出血是最为严重的并发症,一旦发生致死率极高。该文就脑血管支架植入术围手术期脑出血的发生机制以及预防方法作一综述。
In recent years,with the cerebrovascular stenting used in clinic widely,perioperative complications of stenting have become common concerns to the neurointerventional physicians and the patients. Perioperative cerebral hemorrhage is the most serious complication,as the death rate is extremely high. The mechanism and prevention of perioperative cerebral hemorrhage of cerebrovascular stenting are reviewed in this paper.
