摘要
利用水热法合成NaYF_4:Pr^(3+)纳米级上转换荧光粉,并通过X射线粉末衍射、激发光谱及发射光谱对其性能进行表征.探讨Pr^(3+)掺杂量、反应温度及焙烧温度对NaYF_4:Pr^(3+)晶体结构和发光性能的影响.在828 nm近红外光激发下,观察到橙光发射峰(590.8 nm),对应Pr^(3+)的1D2→3H4跃迁.
Trivalent praseodymium ions single doped NaYF4 up-conversion luminescence nanoparticles were synthesised by hydrothermal method. The properties of the resulting phosphors were characterized by X-ray diffraction,excitation spectra and emission spectra. The effect of Pr^3+ doping amount, reaction temperature and annealing temperature on the crystal structure and luminescence properties of NaYF4: Pr^3+was investigated. The orange emission peak( 590. 8 nm) can be observed at 828 nm laser excitation. The orange emitting light results from the transition of ^1D2→^3H4.
