摘要
研究了采用焙烧—水浸工艺从某多金属云母精矿中浸出铷和铯,考察了助剂种类、助剂用量、原料配比、精矿粒度、煅烧温度、浸出液固质量比等对铷、铯浸出率的影响,确定了较优工艺条件。试验结果表明:以氯化钙为氯化剂,添加量为精矿质量的75%,混合后在850℃下焙烧1h,烧结产物常温下用水浸出,控制液固质量比为4∶1,搅拌浸出1h,铷、铯浸出率均在92%以上。
Recovery of rubidium and cesium from a polymetallic mica concentrate by chloridizing roasting-water leaching process was investigated. The effects of additives category, mass proportion of additives-to-ore,particle size of ore, roasting temperature, mass ratio of water-to-roasted product on leaching of rubidium and cesium were examined. The comparative experiment results show that the leaching rates of rubidium and cesium are all over 92% under the optimal conditions of roasting temperature of 850 ℃ ,roasting time of 1 h,stirring leaching time of 1 h at room temperature and mass ratio of water-to-roasted product of 4:1.
