摘要
对一种新型预折纹吸能管进行了多样性可竞争解DCD(Diverse Competitive Design)对偶优化设计。把DCD对偶优化算法与Kriging代理模型相结合,考虑了预折纹吸能管峰值载荷和比吸能,对折纹管的形状进行了参数优化设计。优化结果给出了在这组对偶DCD优化列式下不同折纹管最优设计的构型,性能及变形模式,说明了多样性可竞争解设计在工程中的意义。
Here the diverse competitive design (DCD) for a new pre-fold energy absorption tube was presented. The geometric parameters of the tube were optimized to minimize the specific energy absorption and maximize the peak load of the tube by combining the pair of dual DCD optimization algorithns with Kriging surrogate model together. Different configurations, performances and deformation patterns were obtained for DCD and dual DCD optimization problems. The results illustrated the significance of DCD in the actual engineering.
