"互联网+"时代要求编辑具有更高的政治理论水平和更强的信息整合能力,要求编辑具有人文情怀。而自主学习是编辑提高业务技能最实际的学习方式,也是提升政治思想理论水平的有效途径,通过自主学习,编辑可以掌握更强的信息整合能力,同时获取学术资源、产生学术灵感。编辑可以利用手机微信关注"中国新闻出版""国家出版"等微信公众号进行新闻出版知识学习;利用微博、高校学报同行QQ群等进行业务沟通交流与学习;阅读《中国社会科学文摘》《高等文科学报文摘》《人大复印资料》等业内有影响力的刊物;在中国知网通过查询关键词,搜索行业热点文章自主学习;在审稿专家的审读意见中吸取营养,进行自主学习;通过学术交流会议自主学习;勤做笔记,将心得体会整理成文章,进行自主学习。
Editors is requested to have higher of politics theoretical level,better information integration ability and more humanity feelings in the 'Internet + 'era. Self-study is the most practical way of learning for editors to improve their professional skills and an effective way to promote their politics theoretical level.
