摘要
目的:探讨两种方法分阶段培训临床护士掌握皮肤撕裂伤识别和预防知识的效果,为临床护士规范专科培训提供依据。方法设定以讲授为主的教学方法和多媒体结合案例的教学方法,对85名伤口护理小组护士进行分阶段培训。第一阶段由造口治疗师采用以讲授为主的教学方法讲解皮肤撕裂伤的定义、相关原因和分级标准等,共培训1.5 h,4周后进行第二阶段培训,采用以多媒体结合案例的教学方法培训1.5 h。每次培训完毕,发放不同表现的撕裂伤照片现场测验。使用统一的评分标准评卷并复核,成绩≥85分为合格。结果85名护士均在1 h内完成答题。第一阶段以讲授为主的培训方法培训成绩合格率为5.88%,第二阶段以多媒体结合案例的培训方法培训成绩合格率为89.41%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.001);第一阶段平均成绩为(69.95±10.37)分,低于第二阶段的(89.58±9.65)分,差异有统计学意义( t=15.475,P〈0.001)。不同护龄、学历、职称及工作环境的护士对皮肤撕裂伤的掌握程度比较差异无统计学意义( P〉0.05)。结论两种方法分阶段培训的方法有助于提高护士理解和掌握皮肤撕裂伤的识别和护理知识。
Objective To explore the effect of two methods in stages fusion training clinical nurses to master the knowledge of skin tears identification and prevention in order to provide basic specification for clinical nurses in specialty training. Methods Lecture teaching method and multimedia combined with cases teaching method were set. A total of 85 wound care group nurses received the training in phases. During the first phase, colostomy therapists adopt lecture as the main teaching method on the definition of skin tears, classification standard and the related reasons. Total training time was 1. 5 h. The second phase training started four weeks later. Multimedia combining cases method was adopted as the teaching method. Total training time was 1. 5 h. After each training phrase, pictures of different kinds of skin tears were provided for the scene test. A unified criteria was used to evaluate and review, with qualified score≥85.Results All of 85 nurses completed the test within 1 h. For the first phase with lecture as teaching method, the passing rate was 5.88%. The second phase with the training method of multimedia combining cases, passing rate was 89.41%(P〈0.001). Average grades for first stage was (69.95±10.37)which was lower than the second stage(89.58±9.65)(t=15.475,P〈0.001). Nursing age, education, job title and work environment had no statistical significance (P〉0.05) on mastering the degree of skin tears.Conclusions Two methods in phases training could help nurses understand and grasp the recognition and nursing knowledge of skin tears.
