摘要
目的探讨酒精性肝病中药复方用药规律。方法将国内20年中有关中医药治疗酒精性肝病的临床报道、资料及文献进行收集,统计酒精性肝病中药复方的用药类别、主要药物以及频次等,分析现代中药复方治疗酒精性肝病的组方用药规律。结果通过对临床文献中中医治疗酒精性肝病的组方用药类别和常用药物的总结,可看出活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、清热药等为主要组方;根据中医中治疗酒精性肝病的常用组方中所涉及的药物,将其具体使用频次进行了统计,其中占前10位的药物分别是丹参、山楂、柴胡、茯苓、葛根、郁金、茵陈、泽泻、黄芩和甘草。结论中医学认为酒精性肝病的主要病机为气、血、痰相互博结,常采用活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、理气药以及清热解毒药等中药复方药物。
Objective To study the medication rule of Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease. Methods domestic clinical reports, data and literature within 20 years on Chinese medicine in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease were collected. Chinese medicine medication category, the main drug and frequency, etc, were counted, modern prescription rule of Chi-nese medicine in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease was analyzed. Results Through the summary on prescription drug categories commonly used drugs of the clinical literature of Chinese medicine in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease, blood circulation drugs,diuresis and diffusing dampness and clearing heat druge were the main prescription. According to Chinese medicine in the treatment of alcohol common prescription drugs involved in liver disease, the use of specific frequency was counted, the proportion of which 10 were located in the drug Salvia, hawthorn, Radix, Poria, Kudzu, turmeric, capillaris, Alisma, skullcap and licorice. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine believes that alcoholic liver disease is the main pathogenesis of the mutual relation of qi, blood and phlegm, and Chinese medicine compound prescriptions are blood circulation drugs, diuresis and diffusing dampness, regulating qi-flowing drugs and drug detoxification and clearing heat and removing toxicity drugs.
