摘要
在提出"中国粮食文化观"理论概念的基础上,重点阐述了"农业乃百业之基,粮食乃农业之基"的中国粮食经济文化观,认为延续数千年的中华文化的根基是农耕文化,粮食文化则是农耕文化这棵绿色大树的主干,古今传承并一以贯之的治国理政文化思想是"农为政本",而源远流长且一脉相承的中华粮食文化的践行圭臬为"重农安粮"。
The article focuses on the Chinese theoretical concept of food culture,i.e, ＂agriculture is the basis of all industries and food is the basis of agriculture.＂ According to the article,the foundation of the Chinese culture that has been continuing for thousands of years is farming culture,while food culture is the backbone for the green tree of farming culture.The cultural thinking on governance that has been inherited and implemented since ancient times is that ＂agriculture is the foundation of the ruling.＂ The practice guidelines for the Chinese food culture that has been well-established with the same strain is to attach importance to agriculture and ensuring food security.
