摘要
结合南昌绿地国际会展中心的拉索点式玻璃幕墙工程,介绍了铝钒拉索安装与张拉过程控制的技术措施,以及玻璃安装的操作事项。通过对铝钒索进场验收、放线定位、分组张拉、单索三次张拉等施工过程的监控和数据的收集,对铝钒拉索玻璃幕墙的施工监控形成了一个系统的、直观的认识和了解,可供类似工程参考。
Taken cable point supported curtain wall project of Nanchang green land international conference and exhibition canter as a case, the technical measures for aluminum vanadium cable installation and tensioning process control, and operation cautions of glass installation have been introduced in this paper. The construction monitoring of curtain wall connected with aluminum vanadium cable has been known and understood systematically and intuitively based on monitoring of construction process and data collection in aluminum vanadium cable site acceptance, pay-off positioning, grouping tensioning, three times tensioning in single cable, which can provide a reference for similar projects.
