摘要
辅导员是高校学生管理工作的骨干,是学生的思想政治教育工作者和人生导师,学生、家长甚至社会对辅导员工作寄予了希望,但辅导员工作却存在千头万绪、效率不高、对学生缺乏沟通和培养、学生认可度不高等问题,影响了辅导员工作实效和学生培养质量。从马斯洛需求层次理论出发,结合辅导员工作实际和学生的实际需求,分析探讨辅导员学生管理工作的新思路和问题应对策略。
The counselor is the backbone of College Student Management, is the students' ideological and political educators and mentor, Students, parents and even social places hope on the work of counselors, but there are some problems of counselors' work, such as complicated disorder, efficiency not high, lacking of communication and culture to students, student recognition is not high. The problems affecters the counselor is working effectiveness and quality of students. The article will start from Maslow's demand theory, combined with the actual work counselor and actual needs of students, to explore and analyze new ideas of counselor Student Management and problems coping strategies.
