摘要
在养老模式探索的过程中,政府提出居家和社区养老服务改革,公建民营的ppp模式激发了新型社区嵌入式养老模式的出现与发展,它包含了传统社区养老和部分机构养老功能,同时为老人提供居家养老服务。本文以新建成的北京万科嘉园(长阳半岛)社区养老中心为例,探究其作为新型养老模式下的建筑设计。
In the process of exploring the method of providing for the aged people, the government put forward the reform of home and community supporting services for elder people. Pubfic-private partnership mode stimulates the development of a new mode of embedded community endowment. It contaHqs both traditional community care services for elder people and the partly functions offered by organizations. Meanwhile, it provides older people with the service of aged-care at home. This essay is based on the construction of newly building named Beijing Vanke JiaYuan, to explore 1his kind of architectural design under the contemporary old-age care mode.
