摘要
本文以南京中航工业科技城为例,结合其地理位置,气候条件,建筑负荷等内容,分析了单体建筑和整体项目之间的能耗关系。该项目合理划分和并用系统,灵活调配能耗,优化了能源利用率和系统输配效率。以整体能源区域划分原则为指导,将系统设计要求纳入建筑方案,对类似工程具有参考意义。
In the case of Nanjing AVIC City of Technology, relationship of energy consumption between individual buildings and overall project was analyzed, combined with its geographic position, weather conditions, and integral buildings. Energy utilization rate and transmission and distribution efficiency were optimized by dividing and combing systems in a reasonable way and deploy energy consumption flexibly. Under the guidance of overall classification principles of region energy, system design was combined with building design which has reference significance for similar project.
