摘要
采用实验分析、数理统计、文献搜索等方法,从员工的性别及入厂时间等具体方面,对富士康参与推行工间操的流水线员工的反应时进行调查与分析。研究表明,该形式对员工的反应时总体水平有所提高,但是在性别方面并没有显著性的差异。建议合理调整员工工作时间、工作压力,适当的开展有益于员工身心健康的工间操活动,转变由增加加班时间完工作量的发展模式,转变为提高员工的反应时而增加工作效率的发展模式。
By using experimental analysis,statistics and document search methods,this thesis analyses the reaction of staff who take part in work- break exercises in Foxconn from staff's sex and entry dates. Research shows that,the overall reaction time of staff can develop with the help of exercises,while there isn't significant difference between sexes. Suggestions: adjusting the work time and work pressure reasonably; carrying out more exercises to benefit the physical and psychological health of staffs,transferring the mode of accomplishing work by increasing overtime to improving stuffs' reaction time to promote work efficiency.
