摘要
通过对酒钢周边雅尔河矿进行弱磁选富集,将富集后的粗精矿制备成含碳球团进行直接还原磁选试验研究与探索,在焙烧温度1250℃、焙烧时间45min的试验条件下,取得了焙烧矿金属化率90.23%、磁选铁粉品位75.12%、铁回收率87.68%的指标。实验室结果表明,雅尔河矿通过"原矿富集-压球还原-磁选"的方式回收金属化铁粉在工艺上是可行的。
After weak magnetic enrichment on yaerhe mine, the crude concentrate were made the carbon-containing pellets for direct reduction magnetic concentration test. Under the test conditions of temperature 1250℃ and baking time 45min, The indexes such as metal ore ra- tio 90.23%, magnetic iron grade 75.12%, iron showed that it is feasible to recover iron metal recovery 87.68%, can be achieved. Test results from yaerhe mine through the process of "ore en- richment - ball pressure reduction - magnetic separation" .
