摘要
采用自制的XKD-1、XKD-2两种甲醛屏蔽剂和粉石英/纳米TiO_2高性能甲醛净化涂料,以及它们的组合涂层,研究了涂层屏蔽治理刨花板中甲醛的方法。该方法能有效降低家具板材中的甲醛释放量,延长刨花板的使用寿命,具有良好的应用和参考价值。
By using self-made XKD-1 and XKD-2 shielding agent, high performance powder quartz/nanometer Ti02 formaldehyde purifying coatings and their combination coating, methods for shielding and treatment of formaldehyde in the particle board were studied. The methods could effectively reduce the formaldehyde emission of furniture plate, prolong the service life of particle board, and had good application and reference value.
