摘要
目的:对Sysmex公司的XN-9000全血细胞分析仪进行性能验证,以便为临床提供更好的质量保证。方法:按照中华人民共和国卫生行业标准《临床血液学检验常规项目分析质量要求》(WS/T406-2012)对XN-9000进行精密度,准确度,可报告范围,携带污染率的验证。结果:该仪器的精密度,准确度,可报告范围,携带污染率均在允许范围内。结论:XN-9000各方面性能良好,测定结果准确,可为临床疾病的诊断和治疗提供依据。
Objective： To evaluate the complete blood count performance quality of Sysmex XN-9000 Automatic Hematology Analyzer to provide better clinical quality assurance. Methods： The precision,accuracy,reportable range and residual contamination rate of XN-9000 Automatic Hematology Analyzer were investigated in accordance with ＂ Test Routine Clinical Hematology Analysis Project Quality Requirement（ WS / T406-2012） ＂ of the People＇s Republic of China Health Industry Standard. Results： The precision,accuracy,reportable range and residual contamination rate of XN-9000 Automatic Hematology Analyzer were respectively within acceptable limits. Conclusion： The performance and accurate results of XN-9000 Automatic Hematology Analyzer in Complete Blood Count are overall excellent and in good condition,providing the reliable clinical data.
