DSCTA技术在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨DSCTA技术在动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选择2011年10月到2016年3月在我院进行诊治的颅内动脉瘤患者80例为研究对象,所有患者都给予DSCTA技术检测与CTA检查,记录影像学资料与诊断效果。结果在80例患者中,DSCTA诊断为颅内动脉瘤69例,检出率为86.3%,常规CTA检查颅内动脉瘤为53例,检出率为66.3%,DSCTA检出率明显高于常规CTA检查(P<0.05)。结论 DSCTA技术用于颅内动脉瘤的诊断是一种安全、无创的新型检查方法,对临床颅内动脉瘤的初步筛选及评价方面具有很好的应用价值。 Objective To discuss the application value of Digital Subtraction CT Angiography (DSCTA) in the diagnosis of aneurysm. Methods Eighty patients with intracranial aneurysm were selected from October 2011 to March 2016 in our hospital, and all the patients received DSCTA and CTA inspection, imaging data and diagnostic results were recorded. Results Sixty-nine cases with intracranial aneurysms among eighty cases were diagnosed by DSCTA, and the detection rate was 86.3%. Conventional CTA detected fifty-three cases with intracranial aneurysms among eighty cases and the detection rate was 66.3%. DSCTA detection rate was significantly higher than that of conventional CTA (P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of DSCTA examination in the diagnosis of intracranial anenrysms is safe and noninvasive, which has a good application value in the preliminary screening and evaluation of clinical intracranial aneurvsms.
