血栓弹力图在胎盘植入患者救治中的临床价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨血栓弹力图(TEG)在胎盘植入患者行剖宫产术中监测凝血功能并指导成分输血的临床价值。方法14例胎盘植入患者行剖宫产术,术中分别进行常规凝血试验和TEG检测,并对输注血液制品前后的检查结果进行比较。结果输注后患者纤维蛋白原(Fg)含量增加、血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)明显缩短(P<0.01),TEG参数中R值明显缩短、K值下降、α角增大(P<0.01),MA没有显著变化。3例患者根据TEG检测结果提示补充了Fg和冷沉淀。患者凝血状态较输注前明显改善。结论胎盘植入患者行剖宫产时,运用TEG监测凝血功能、指导成分输血具有重要的临床意义,且优于常规凝血试验。
