摘要
目的观察调心安神针法对室性心律失常模型兔心肌细胞缝隙连接蛋白43磷酸化(connexin-43phosphate,p-Cx43)的影响。方法采用兔耳缘静脉注射氯化钡的方法制作室性心律失常模型。40只新西兰兔随机分为对照组、模型组、针刺组、药物组,针刺组施以调心安神针刺法(取穴:灵台、神道、双侧内关、百会),药物组给予心律平灌胃。实验完毕后取兔左心室,Western印迹技术及激光共聚焦显微镜对p-Cx43的表达进行分析。结果模型组p-Cx43表达最低,药物组、针刺组略高于对照组。结论上调p-Cx43的表达可能是该针法治疗心律失常的机制之一。
Objective To observe the effect of Tiaoxin Anshen acupuncture on the expression of myocardial connexin 43 phosphate (p Cx43)in rabits with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods Forty rabits were randomly divided into four groups:the control group,the model group,the acupuncture group treated with Tiaoxin Anshen acupuncture (points selected Lingtai points,Shendao points, Neiguan points on both sides and Baihui points),and the propafenone group treated with propafenone by intragastric.Rabits of the acupuncture group received treatment of.Left ventricle of al the rabbits were taken out to test p Cx43 protein expression by western bolt and laser scanning confocal microscope.Results The expression of p Cx43 was lowest in the model group.The expressions of p Cx43 in the acupuncture group and the propafenone group were slightly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The up regulating the expression of p Cx43 might be one of the therapeutic target spots of Tiaoxin Anshen acupuncture for ventricular ar-rhythmia.
