摘要
英语冠词属于英语限定词中的一种,主要体现为:定冠词(the)、不定冠词(a/an)、零冠词(?)。由于冠词用法的形式与功能的复杂性,对于二语学习者而言,冠词系统习得被认为是二语语法学习中最难以掌握的部分之一,也是最后才能全面习得的英语元素。在语言迁移作用下,汉语中缺失冠词系统的现象给中国大学生习得英语冠词带来了极大的影响作用,在母语背景下英语水平不同的学习者之间存在较大的差异性。文中旨在通过对大学生英语冠词习得的实证调查进一步探索冠词的有效教学策略。
English article is a kind of English determiners, including definite article (the), indefinite articles (a/an) and zero article (O). Due to the complexity of forms and functions of using English articles, it is believed that the ac- quisition of English articles is one of the most difficult grammar part for second language learners. It is also pointed out that English articles is the last factor to fully learn during the second language acquisition. Under the impact of language transfer, the lacking of Article System in Chinese language makes it more difficult for Chinese university students to learn the usage of articles in English. This essay aims to find out effective teaching strategy by investigating the English articles' acquisition of Chinese university learners.
