摘要
建立产业结构升级测度模型,利用安徽省2000-2014年间的数据,从横向升级和纵向升级两方面对安徽省产业结构升级进行空间演变分析。结果表明:2000-2014年安徽省产业结构在横、纵两方面均呈现出平稳增长的态势。"马芜铜经济圈"和"合肥经济圈"在经济发展、产业结构升级方面起着引领作用。同时安徽省产业结构升级也存在着较大的区域差异,产业结构横向升级的空间集聚效应并不显著。鉴于此,"马芜铜经济圈"以及"合肥经济圈"在充分发挥自身引领作用的同时,应利用自身优势积极带动周边城市发展;整合各地市第三产业发展条件,鼓励和支持第三产业快速发展;扩大产业群,形成良性产业链,构建城镇化与产业结构互动体系促进产业集聚。
Based on the data of Anhui province from 2000 to 2014,the industrial structure upgrade and measurement model was established,and space evolution analysis on the upgrading of industrial structure in Anhui province was conducted from two aspects which are horizontal upgrading and vertical upgrading.The results show that the industrial structure of Anhui province during 2000-2014 shows smooth growth in both horizontal upgrading and vertical upgrading.＂Ma’anshan,Wuhu and Tongling economic circle＂and＂Hefei economic circle＂plays a leading role in terms of economic development and industrial structure upgrade;meanwhile,there are large regional differences in the upgrading of industrial structure in Anhui province,the spatial agglomeration effect of horizontal upgrading of industrial structure is not significant.In view of this,while giving full play to its leading role,＂Ma’anshan,Wuhu and Tongling economic circle＂and＂Hefei economic circle＂should make use of their own advantages to actively drive the development of surrounding cities;integrate the development conditions of the third industry of surrounding cities,encourage and support the rapid development of the third industry;expand industrial clusters,form the benign industrial chain and build the interaction system of urbanization and industrial structure so as to promote industrial agglomeration.
