摘要
随着铁路建设的快速发展,征地拆迁不可避免,那么如何顺利地开展和有效地控制投资。此文在阐述征地拆迁工作应遵循的法律法规及原则的基础上,分析了征地拆迁所需投资的组成及影响征地拆迁投资的主要因素。通过分析与探讨,提出有效控制征地拆迁投资的建议。
With the rapid development of railway construction, land acquisition and relocation is unavoidable, then how to control the investment successfully and effectively. On the basis of laws and the regulations of land demolition, this paper analyzed the composition and the main factors influencing investment. Through analysis and discussion, this paper proposed some investment advice controling the land acquisition and relocation effectively.
