摘要
2015年福建省水利厅将长汀县列为农村水电生态修复试点县,探索建立农村水电生态修复和老旧水电站退出机制。2016年8月,水利部农村水电及电气化发展局组成专题调研组,赴福建省长汀县调研农村水电生态修复试点情况,了解长汀县农村水电生态修复工作具体情况和效果,总结了长汀县的主要做法和经验,长汀实践对今后一个时期农村水电转型发展,特别是农村水电推进河流生态修复工作具有很好的借鉴意义。
In 2015, Changting County is listed as one of pilots by Fujian Provincial Water Resources Department for ecological restoration with upgrading rural hydropower industry. The approaches of ecological recovery and removal of aging hydropower stations have been introduced. In August of 2016, a panel of Chinese experts had visited the county to get information about the project with summary of their practices and experiences. The case of Changting that focus on transformation and upgrading of rural hydropower industry and ecological-friendly approach can be a good reference for restoration of river ecosystem in rural area in China.
