摘要
目的:探讨癌痛患者便秘的膳食护理疗法。方法:利用中医辨证施治的原理,对120例便秘的癌痛患者进行合理的膳食护理,并与60例麻仁丸组和60例便通片组进行护理疗效对比。结果:膳食组的总有效率较麻仁丸组、便通片组都高,差异有非常显著性,膳食护理脱离了药物治疗的副作用,使患者能够得到舒适的治疗。结论:合理的膳食护理对于解除癌痛患者的便秘是一种行之有效的方法。
Objective To investigate a diet nursing method to treat constipation among the tumor patients. Method Under the guidance of Chinese dialectical therapy,130 tumor patients with constipation were nursed using reasonable diet. At the same time,60 patients took hemp seed pills and 60 patients took herb BKT. Result The effective rate of the diet group was significantly higher than the contrast groups. The former did not have any side effects. The patients could accept comfortable treatment. Conclusion Reasonable diet nursing is an effective method to relieve constipation among the tumor patients.
