摘要
本文提出一种基于haar小波-SVM的自动化生产中异常控制信号的检测方法。对自动化生产线中控制信号样本进行分帧处理,利用haar小波对控制信号样本进行变换,利用SVM对控制信号中的异常控制信号进行准确分类,从而实现了异常控制信号的检测。进行仿真实验,实验结果令人满意。
In this paper, a method based on Haar wavelet-SVM is proposed for the detection of abnormal control signals in automatic production. The signal sample control sub frame processing in the automatic production line, to transform the control signal samples using Haar wavelet, the accurate classification of abnormal signal in the signal control control using SVM, so as to realize the detection of abnormal control signal. Simulation experiment is carried out, and the results are satisfactory.
