摘要
本文从现代化设备的整装改良改进出发,简要分析PDCA循环持续改进装置的精益程度,增加对精益管理方面进行的整体调整,通过循环往复的传统维修设计,进一步完善设备的使用寿命周期。
In this paper, after corresponding treatment of tobacco safety testing, it may be appropriate to increase the overall adjustment for lean management aspects through traditional iterative design of maintenance, to further improve the life cycle of the equipment. Therefore, improved self-contained modern equipment to improve the view, a brief analysis of the degree of lean PDCA cycle of continuous improvement means.
