摘要
围绕农民专业合作社社员的三大角色,分析当前合作社面临的困境,归纳合作社发展类型背后的原因,发现合作社有四大演变趋势:合作社成员异质化将成为一种必然;合作社从互助走向互惠;合作社产权安排趋于股份化;合作社演变具有不稳定性。农业发展的关键时期,合作社应该发挥它的作用,政府政策是关键。
The article analyzed the current dilemma of the farmers' cooperatives and summarized the backgrounds and causes of cooperatives devel-opment types, considering the three major roles of the members in farmers' cooperatives. Four evolution tendencies have been found as: the mem-bers' heterogeneity will be inevitable, the function of the cooperatives will shift from mutual assistance to reciprocity, the property rights arrangement of the cooperatives will be demutualized, and the evolution of the cooperatives will become unstable. At this critical period of agriculture in-dustrial development, the cooperatives should play its roles, and the government policies are the keys.
