“互联网+健康促进志愿者”课内外联动大社区健康教育实践教学研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨"互联网+健康促进志愿者"课内外联动教学法与传统教学法在《社区护理学》社区健康教育见习教学中教学效果的比较。方法选取本院2013级4个护理本科班自然分组作为试验组(n=107人)和对照组(n=117人)。试验组实施"互联网+健康促进志愿者"课内外联动教学法,对照组采用传统的教学法。教学任务完成后,分别对两组学生的考试成绩进行统计分析,并通过问卷调查对学生自身、指导教师以及社区居民进行调查来评价教学效果。结果试验组学生平均成绩为(81.35±7.32)分,对照组学生平均成绩为(72.79±8.46)分,优良率对照组36.04%,试验组63.23%,实验组学生的成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且优良率差异也存在显著性;试验组和对照组学生在沟通能力、健康教育、分析和解决问题、科研、团队合作等各方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);且教师及社区居民对学生的实习效果满意度差异也存在显著性。结论 "互联网+健康促进志愿者"课内外联动教学法在《社区护理学》实践教学中,其应用效果优于传统教学法。 Objective To investigate the Internet plus health promotion volunteers:case teaching method and traditional teaching method in the teaching effect of the teaching practice in "community nursing". Methods 4 nursing undergraduate students, grade 2013, from Hainan Medical University were selected as the experimental group (N=107) and the control group (N =117). The implementation of the test group "Internet plus health promotion volunteers" in and out of class interaction teaching method, while the control group used the traditional teaching method. After the completion of the teaching task, the test scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the teaching effect was evaluated through questionnaire survey on the students themselves, teachers and community residents. Results the average scores of the students in the experimental group (81.35±7.32). For the control group students' grade point average (72.79±8. 46), the excellent rate of the control group 36. 04%, the experimental group reached 63. 23%. The scores of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05), and the excellent and good rate differences are significant; experimental group and the control group students in communication skills, health education, analysis and problem solving, scientific research, team cooperation, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05) ; and teachers and community residents to student's practice effect satisfied difference is significant. Conclusion Internet plus health promotion volunteers in and out of class interaction teaching method in community nursing teaching practice, the application effect is superior to the traditional teaching method.
