摘要
帕金森病(parkinson's disease,PD)是一种常见的神经系统退行性疾病,是因黑质-纹状体通路的多巴胺神经元变性而引起的一系列神经功能障碍。PD动物模型的建立为研究帕金森病的发病机制,探索新的治疗方法提供了有效途径。其中,基因动物模型在反映帕金森病发病机制、病理特点等方面具有明显优势,对建立理想的帕金森病动物模型具有重要意义。本文对近年来国内外制作相关基因PD动物模型的研究进展加以综述。
Objective Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurological degenerative disease, which causes a series of nervous dysfunction because of dopaminergic neuron degeneration in the substantianigra striatum pathways. Animal model is the effective way for studying the pathogenesis and exploring new therapeutic method of Parkinson's disease. Among the PD animal models, genetic animal model has the obvious superiority in reflecting the pathogenesis and pathological characteristics of Parkinson's disease, which acts important significance in establishing ideal animal models of Parkinson's disease. This article summarizes the recent researches of genetic animal models of Parkinson's disease at home and abroad.
