摘要
针对装备制造业知识创新评价指标之间关联度大、关系不确定问题,提出知识创新能力评价体系耦合识别方法。分析提取评价指标因素,将评价指标集看作粗糙集,给出相似关系与相似类。基于属性约简理论,对知识创新评价指标集剔除冗余指标进行约简。考虑评价指标之间存在影响及被影响的关联性,采用模糊决策试验与评价实验室方法(Fuzzy Decision Trial and Evaluation Laboratory,FDEMATEL)分析约简后的各评价指标之间的综合影响关系,得出评价指标间的影响度、被影响度、中心度及原因度。以中心度为依据,对知识创新能力评价指标重要度排序。最后以实例验证了提出方法的有效性。
To deal with the problem that the interrelationship among evaluation indexes for equipment manufacturing industry knowledge innovation ability is correlated and uncertainty, it provides evaluation indexes coupled identification method for equipment manufacturing industry knowledge innovation ability. Analyzing evaluation indexes elements and viewing knowledge innovation evaluation indexes set as a rough set, the similarity relation and the similarity class of the evaluation indexes set is given. Then, established on the basis of the attribute reduction theory, the redundant indexes are eliminated from the knowledge innovation evaluation indexes set. Meanwhile, considering the uncertainty interrelationship among knowledge innovation evaluation indexes obtained from the attribute reduction process, Fuzzy Decision Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (FDEMATEL) is utilized to analyze the comprehensive effecting relationship, including influence degree, effected degree, importance of factor and net effect of factor. The knowledge innovation ability evaluation indexes importance sorting is obtained on the basis of the importance of factor. Finally, the coupled identification method is illustrated on a case study the results are then validated, showing the overall soundness of the approach.
