摘要
生产阶段划分与产能模式分类是研究煤层气开发动态的重要内容。针对枣园区块开采时间长,单井产能差异大且排采过程认识不足的问题,根据生产动态资料分析,总结动液面变化规律,综合现有生产阶段划分方法与单井产气情况,研究了该区块生产阶段划分,产能模式分类及其主控因素。将排采过程划分为5个生产阶段:排水降压阶段、临界产气阶段、产气上升阶段、稳定产气阶段和产气下降阶段。同时,根据生产特征将气井分为5个产能等级:低产气井,中低产气井,中产气井,中高产气井和高产气井。结合生产阶段与气井排采特征确定了3种产能模式,7个亚类。分析了造成部分产能模式的原因,认为排采阶段不恰当的生产措施导致了气井的低效。掌握气井的生产阶段和产能模式能够更好地分析煤层气井的生产动态,为排采方案和增产措施提供指导,在煤层气开发领域具有较好的应用价值。
Production stage and productivity mode division play a significant role in coalbed methane（CBM） development. Accord- ing to long time exploitation, large difference of single well production and little awareness of production process in Zaoyuan block, and based on production performance data analysis, this paper summarized change rules of producing fluid level, researched the main controlling factors of production stage and productivity mode division by the consideration of current division methods and production capacity of single well, accordingly, the gas production process was divided to five stages, namely drainage and depres- surizing stage, critical stage, increase stage, steady stage and decrease stage. Meanwhile, according to production characteristics, gas wells were divided to five stages, namely low gas production wells, intermediate and low gas production wells, intermediate gas production wells, intermediate and high gas production wells, and high gas production wells. Combined with production phase and gas well production characteristics, this paper determined three productivity modes and seven subclasses. By analyzing the reasons of some productivity modes division, it is considered that inappropriate production measures cause low efficiency of gas wells, and by mastering production stage and productivity mode, production performance of CBM wells can be better analyzed. The results can provide references for production programs and stimulation treatment and have good application values in CBM development.
