摘要
目的：对生产董酒用原料夜关门的种子贮藏条件进行研究,为其规模化种植栽培提供优质种子保障。方法：以中药材种子保存的相关法规为依据,进行不同条件和方法的保存。结果：夜关门种子保存于洁净干燥库房、通风避光保存,相对湿度为50%～70%;贮藏温度15～20℃,发芽率达60%。结论：该保存方法与条件科学、规范,可为夜关门种子的贮藏提供参考。
Objective：Study of seed storage conditions will produce raw materials for Lespedeza cuncata stuffed dong wine, the scale of planting seeds to provide quality support. Methods ： According to the relevant laws and regulations of Chinese herbal medicine seed preservation, the preservation of different conditions and methods is carried out. Results： Lespedeza cuncata seeds in clean dry warehouse, ventilation to avoid light preservation, the relative humidity of 50% - 70% ; storage temperature of 15 degrees to 20 degrees Celsius, the germination rate of 60 %. Conclusion：The preservation method and the condition science and the standard can be used as a reference for the storage of the seeds of the Lespedeza cuncata.
