摘要 随着电力体制改革的深入推进,电网企业面临新的挑战、新的机遇,作为电网企业的营销部门,如何顺应新形势的要求,做好风险防控,承担好社会责任,是文章论述的重点,分别从电力企业承担的社会责任、营销风险防控现状及营销风险防控方法进行阐述,结合国网福建省电力有限公司现状,依据风险防控理论,分析福建电力营销风险防控体系,为制定科学有效的营销风险防控体系及社会责任体系提供理论依据。 With the deepening of the electric power system reform forward, power grid enterprises is facing with new challenges, new opportunities. Focusing on how to meet the new marketing situation, carry out risk prevention and take the social responsibilities, this paper illustrates the social responsibility of the electric power enterprise, current marketing risk prevention and control situation and on the prevention and control methods. Then considering the present situation of Fujian Electric Power Co., and based on the theory of risk prevention and control, this paper analyzes the electric power marketing risk prevention and control system to provide the theory basis for developing reasonable marketing risk prevention and control system and the social responsibility system.
